In an effort geared towards attracting the needed value for Members of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, which is part of the policy thrust of the Nabil Saleh led administration, the Tourism and Hospitality Trade Group led by the Chairperson, Mrs Ayo Sokari and Secretary Mrs Nwosibe Florence Igbeaku represented the President of PHCCIMA Chief Nabil M Saleh when they paid a courtesy/business visit to the General Manager of Presidential Hotel Mr Joseph Rennie. The General Manager who welcomed the PHCCIMA delegation expressed confidence in the present PHCCIMA administration. He promised that Presidential hotel will continue to partner with the Chamber in all fronts to achieve set objectives. According to him, as a chamber member, the management of Presidential Hotel will work out good discounts modalities for PHCCIMA members to benefit; this according to him is not just for the rooms but including all available facilities in Presidential Hotel. After a wonderful presentation by the Chairperson of Tourism and Hospitality Trade Group , Mrs Ayo Sokari, the Presidential GM finally accepted to take the position of the vice chairman of PHCCIMA Tourism and hospitality Trade group and promised to work with the group to achieve their goal. In similar vein, the Presidential Hotel Manager For Training, Mrs Peace Spiff also agreed to pick up a membership form to kickstart the process of registration, and promised to be a committed Chamber member
